Is there a more globally recognised and renowned automotive brand than Ferrari? Based out of Maranello, Italy, Ferrari has shaped and defined the luxury performance segment for decades, setting the benchmark in terms of speed, sound, and desirability.
The brand was born out of a dire need for funding, with Enzo Ferrari desperate to keep his Scuderia Ferrari racing division alive. Decades later, an entire generation grew up watching Michael Schumacher win Formula 1 title after Formula 1 title in his red rocket.
Classic Ferraris continue to demand incredible premiums on the marketplace, and the marque’s modern cars are successfully making the transition to the new age of hybridised supercars. Ferrari’s impact on car culture is arguably unmatched, and it’s no surprise that demand for these sleek, sexy vehicles has remained strong.
Ferrari’s current lineup consists of variations of the GTC4Lusso; a stunning shooting-brake design, the F8; a rear-engined sports coupe, the Portofino; a slightly more reserved and sophisticated grand tourer, the 812; a front-engined, V-12 powered monster, and the Roma; arguably the sexiest Ferrari of them all.
The range is rounded off by the SF90 Stradale and SF90 Spider, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles that produce a combined 735kW of power. If that sounds like jargon to you, all you need to know is that it’s a lot.
Naturally, there are also plenty of pre-owned Fezzas on the market today, like the ever-popular F430 and the ‘entry-level’ California, but they don’t sit around for long!
